Sous la responsabilité du superviseur de production, l’assembleur de précision contribue à la fabrication de produits optiques de précisionl.
Le rôle :
Effectuer des opérations de fabrication selon les instructions de travail;
Assembler des composants mécaniques et optiques de petite taille à l’aide d’outils de précision (Ex : microscope, bancs d’assemblage);
Produire des capteurs à fibre optique : préparation de la fibre, polissage des connecteurs, assemblage de composants optiques et autres manipulations;
Prendre des mesures en vue d’étalonner le produit;
Inspecter son travail pour en assurer la qualité selon les normes exigées;
Réaliser d’autres tâches reliées à la production (emballage et expédition des produits, documentation écrite, etc.);
Exigences :
Habileté à manipuler de petits composants;
Fine dextérité manuelle, souci du détail, minutie;
Bonne autonomie;
Capacité à effectuer du travail répétitif;
Expérience en couture, bijouterie, horlogerie, dentisterie est un atout.

Manufacture precision optical products by following work instructions and assembling small mechanical and optical components using precision tools. Produce fiber optic sensors, take measurements for product calibration, inspect work for quality, and support related production tasks such as documentation, packaging, and shipping.
Requirements
Candidates should be skilled at handling small components and have fine manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks. Experience in sewing, jewelry making, watchmaking, or dentistry is an asset.
