This is not a passive front desk role. Our Spa Associates are actively involved in client experience, membership sales, spa operations, and helping the business grow. For the right person, this position offers an opportunity to develop valuable business, sales, and operational skills and can be a stepping stone toward Spa Management and leadership roles within the company.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute, and grow with the team long-term.
Responsibilities
Our Spa Associates are responsible for ensuring the spa operates smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience to every guest.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to members and guests
- Greeting clients and creating a welcoming spa environment
- Answering phones, booking appointments, and managing the schedule
- Selling memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades
- Educating clients on the wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare
- Supporting the spa team by preparing treatment rooms when necessary
- Operating laundry machines and managing spa linens
- Maintaining cleanliness of the spa and washrooms
- Performing administrative tasks and following proper office procedures
- Assisting with daily operations and supporting the team wherever needed
- This role requires constant multitasking, prioritizing, and switching between tasks throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Energetic, positive, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Has experience in or is interested in learning: sales, client relationship building, and spa operations
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- A team player who takes initiative
- Interested in developing skills that can lead to future leadership opportunities
- Professional, reliable, and committed to personal growth
- Experience in sales, customer service, gyms, clinics, or membership-based businesses is an asset but not required
Why Join Our Team
We believe in investing in people who invest in the business. Team members who contribute to the success of the spa have opportunities to grow their skills and advance within the company.
Benefits include:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Commission and bonus opportunities
- Employee discounts on services and products
- Professional training and skill development
- Opportunity for advancement into leadership and management roles
- Supportive and professional work environment
Who This Role Is Best For
This role is best suited for someone who:
- Wants to develop professional skills
- Enjoys learning how a business operates
- Likes staying busy and solving problems
- Wants more than just a job - but a place to grow and build experience
If you are motivated, reliable, and excited to be part of a team that values growth, contribution, and excellence, we would love to hear from you.
