We’re Hiring: HR Generalist | Toronto, ON
I’m currently partnering with a well-established organization to recruit an experienced HR Generalist to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and supporting both employees and leaders.
Employee Relations experience will be a key focus for this role.
Location: Toronto, ON
Work model: Hybrid, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Salary: $70,000–$90,000
A few highlights of the scope:
- Employee Relations, investigations, conflict resolution and performance management
- Coaching and supporting managers on employee matters
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Employee engagement initiatives and Employee Opinion Surveys
- Talent development and succession planning
- HRIS administration, reporting and HR process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on Employee Relations experience
- Solid HR Generalist foundation with sound judgement and discretion
- Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
- Experience supporting both employees and leadership
- Construction, engineering, infrastructure or another project-based/operational environment would be an asset, but is not required
