Your New Role
Reporting to the Director, Information Systems, ERP, the Senior ERP Systems Administrator will provide both technical and business process support across a diverse ERP application portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring ERP platforms are configured, maintained, optimized, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
You will act as the primary technical and business support resource for the Yardi Maintenance IQ platform, overseeing administration, configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across Care, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other business units to maximize system performance and drive process efficiencies.
The ERP ecosystem includes systems supporting:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Asset Management
- Point of Sale and Restaurant Management
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Resident & Unit Management
- Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Reporting & Analytics
- Maintenance IQ
- Seniors Housing Operations
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and managing incident/request workflows across ERP applications.
- Troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating application issues to software vendors when required.
- Supporting the implementation and optimization of Yardi Elevate and Voyager 8 initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Ensuring adherence to IT General Controls, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting service management, asset management, and operational best practices.
- Developing reports and supporting business intelligence requirements.
- Performing root cause analysis and problem management activities.
- Driving automation, workflow improvements, and process optimization opportunities.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior ERP administrators.
- Participating in rotational on-call support as required.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of progressive Information Systems experience supporting and administering ERP applications.
- Strong ERP administration experience including configuration, system support, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
- Proven SQL scripting and database experience.
- Experience managing application maintenance activities, patching cycles, upgrades, performance monitoring, and support processes.
- Strong understanding of incident management, IT service management, and IT controls.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated success identifying business process improvements and leveraging system capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
Highly Preferred:
- Experience with Yardi ERP solutions.
- Experience supporting Yardi Maintenance IQ or other CMMS platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience within seniors housing, healthcare, real estate, or property management organizations.
- Full-cycle accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of CRM processes and workflows.
- ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience.
- Functional French bilingualism
- College diploma or University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Administration, or a related discipline.
