Role and Facility Information
Fraser Health invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in Chilliwack – a backdrop of breathtaking natural and rural settings mixed with the convenience of a vibrant town.
We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and administrative support. You will participate as a full and active member in the delivery of team-based primary care services. Together, we are dedicated to extending intentional and coordinated care to all members of the community, including the vulnerable and medically complex. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families and caregivers to comprehensive, person-centred, culturally safe and quality care.
Remuneration: Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.
Full Time/Part Time/Locum/Temporary: Flexible scheduling for 4 and 8 hour urgent care shifts.
