About Highwood
Highwood Emissions Management is the industry's independent partner on methane - combining the world's most widely deployed methane reporting platform with a consulting team that sits at the frontier of measurement science, regulatory development, and emissions strategy.
Our clients include producers accounting for over 10% of global oil and gas production. We have delivered more than 300 methane engagements across 50+ operators on six continents, and we maintain a 100% success rate on OGMP 2.0 Gold Standard submissions. When regulations change, we know first - because our team is writing the standards, advising regulators, and shaping industry practice from the inside.
We launched in 2020 with a mission to collaborate, innovate, and educate our way to a world with effective and affordable emissions management. That mission is more urgent than ever: methane is shifting from voluntary disclosure to commercial liability, and the operators who get this right early will have a durable competitive advantage. Our job is to make sure they do.
Working at Highwood is not easy - but it is meaningful, fast-moving, and genuinely consequential. If you want to work on one of the hardest and most important problems in energy transition, alongside people who are shaping how the world measures and manages methane, this is the place.
Highwood is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome all applicants regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status. We value diversity of experience, worldview, and perspective.
