About Highwood

Highwood Emissions Management is the industry's independent partner on methane - combining the world's most widely deployed methane reporting platform with a consulting team that sits at the frontier of measurement science, regulatory development, and emissions strategy.

Our clients include producers accounting for over 10% of global oil and gas production. We have delivered more than 300 methane engagements across 50+ operators on six continents, and we maintain a 100% success rate on OGMP 2.0 Gold Standard submissions. When regulations change, we know first - because our team is writing the standards, advising regulators, and shaping industry practice from the inside.

We launched in 2020 with a mission to collaborate, innovate, and educate our way to a world with effective and affordable emissions management. That mission is more urgent than ever: methane is shifting from voluntary disclosure to commercial liability, and the operators who get this right early will have a durable competitive advantage. Our job is to make sure they do.

Working at Highwood is not easy - but it is meaningful, fast-moving, and genuinely consequential. If you want to work on one of the hardest and most important problems in energy transition, alongside people who are shaping how the world measures and manages methane, this is the place.

Highwood is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome all applicants regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status. We value diversity of experience, worldview, and perspective.

Your Mission

The Senior Marketing Program Manager owns the planning, execution, and evolution of Highwood's core marketing programs across customer marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), corporate communications and public relations, and partner and community programs. You will turn Highwood's technical leadership into credible proof points, stronger market visibility, deeper customer engagement, and measurable pipeline impact.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone that is looking to partner with a team that is passionate about building high-performing programs and is looking to work alongside industry experts looking to make eliminating methane achievable and provable. Highwood is looking for a driven marketing and communications lead who can build program frameworks, cross-functional operating systems, scalable processes, and lead execution to ensure programs launch, perform, and improve over time.

Core Responsibilities

Corporate Communications & Public Relations

· Own and execute Highwood's corporate communications and PR strategy, with a strong focus on media relations.

· Develop regulatory and market-update media programs that strengthen Highwood's position as a thought leader in emissions management.

· Draft and distribute press releases, media materials, and internal communications that reinforce brand positioning and support business priorities.

· Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, analysts, and industry influencers, and support proactive reputation and crisis communications.

ABM Program Management & Execution

· Define and operationalize Highwood's ABM program frameworks, including 1:Many campaigns.

· Design and execute regional ABM campaigns that reflect local market dynamics, customer needs, and Sales priorities.

· Establish campaign calendars, stakeholder cadences, success metrics, and reporting that connect engagement to pipeline influence and ROI.

· Use performance data to iterate programs and improve results across target accounts and geographies.

Customer Marketing & Advocacy

· Develop and execute customer communications for major initiatives and product updates.

· Create customer-facing materials that support inside and outside Sales.

· Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success so customer insights inform marketing strategy and program development.

· Build and scale a structured customer advocacy program, including case studies, customer reference, and referral programs that turn customer success into credible proof points for Sales and Marketing.

· Establish a clear customer engagement framework and systematically capture and share customer feedback across the business.

Partner & Community Programs

· Expand partnership opportunities and reach across strategic and community partners.

· Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and partner enablement materials.

· Integrate partner and community programs into the broader marketing calendar and measure their contribution to brand and pipeline goals.

What Success Looks Like

· Highwood's presence in target media and industry publications increases, with coverage that is proactive, on-message, and aligned to business priorities.

· ABM programs are structured, measurable, aligned with Sales, and demonstrate engagement and pipeline contribution across priority accounts and regions.

· Customer advocacy becomes a repeatable program: customer achievements are consistently captured, reference programs are accessible to Sales, and customers stay engaged through ongoing communications and programs.

· Partner and community programs are clearly defined, consistently executed, and tied to measurable brand and pipeline outcomes.

· Cross-functional programs run with clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, reporting, and continuous improvement.

About You

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

· 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing program or project management, with experience in emissions management within oil and gas, with experience in environmental technology preferred.

· Proven track record leading complex, multi-channel marketing programs from concept through execution, measurement, and iteration.

· Demonstrated experience in at least three of the following: customer advocacy, ABM/ABX, corporate communications/PR, customer marketing, or partner/channel marketing.

· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and external partners.

· Experience building and managing program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting press releases, media materials, and executive communications.
