CIESLOK GROUP is a Canadian-owned, premium Out-of-Home media platform with inventory in Toronto, Montréal, Ottawa and Edmonton. Our assets include Union Station, ROYALMOUNT, highway spectaculars across Toronto and Montréal, and Canada's three largest digital screens at Yonge & Dundas.
About the role
Our screens are some of the most visual media in Canada. Your job is to show that to the brands and agencies who buy them. You'll plan, shoot, edit and write the social content that puts our sites and campaigns in front of buyers, and build the presentations our sales and leadership teams take into the room.
Your time splits three ways: about half on social and video, about a third on presentations and mock-ups, and the rest on marketing design and our website. All of it is built on our brand system.
What you'll do
- Make social content. Concept and produce short-form video, carousels and static posts for our social channels, built for each platform rather than resized for it.
- Shoot in the field. Capture our sites and client campaigns in-market on phone or mirrorless camera, including time-lapse, B-roll and quick interviews. Build a footage library for every key asset.
- Edit video. Cut, sound-design, caption and add motion text to short-form video. Turn one shoot into multiple cuts for different channels and lengths.
- Write. Captions, post copy, 15 to 60 second scripts, on-screen text and short case study write-ups, in the CIESLOK voice.
- Run the calendar. Own the content calendar, and schedule and publish across every channel.
- Measure and optimize. Track how every post performs, deliver monthly analytics reports, and turn the results into clear guidelines for improving reach, engagement and content mix.
- Build presentations. Design sales decks, client pitches, campaign recaps and leadership presentations in PowerPoint. Turn rough content and data into clear, on-brand slides, often on tight timelines.
- Build mock-ups. Place client and prospect creative onto photos and video of our sites so buyers can see their campaign in place before they sign.
- Design for marketing. Produce media kits, case studies, one-pagers and event assets, and prepare creative files to spec for our screens.
- Manage the website. Keep cieslokgroup.com current in WordPress: update pages, publish case studies and news, build landing pages and keep everything on brand.
What you bring
- 3 to 4 years in a design or content role, in-house or at an agency or studio.
- A portfolio with at least three short-form videos you shot and edited, links to live posts with results where you have them, and at least one presentation you designed. Mock-ups are a bonus.
• Video: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Design: Strong fundamentals (type, layout, hierarchy) and fluency across Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Your Photoshop compositing gets perspective, lighting and reflections right when placing creative onto site photography.
• Presentations: Strong PowerPoint skills, including master slides, clean layouts and charts, and the judgment to cut a 30-slide draft down to the 12 that matter.
• Writing: Your first draft of a caption or a 150-word case study needs a light edit, not a rewrite.
• Social: Current knowledge of platform formats, specs and trends, and what's working right now.
• Analytics: Comfortable with native platform analytics and Google Analytics, and able to turn the numbers into a clear report with recommendations.
• Web: Hands-on WordPress experience updating pages, posts and landing pages.
• Shooting: Comfortable shooting video and stills on your own in busy public spaces, and directing people on camera. We supply the camera gear.
• AI: Comfort using AI tools in your workflow (for example Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT or Claude) to speed up concepting, editing and versioning, with the judgment to keep output on brand and rights-cleared.
Nice to have

- Experience with Out-of-Home, digital Out-of-Home or large-format screens.
- Working French (we operate in Montréal).
- Web design, and basic HTML and CSS.
- Google Slides or Keynote.
