Job Title: Application Production Support Analyst (Asset finance)

Duration: 12 Months Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst III to join an Application Production Support team supporting critical Asset Finance & Securitization, Credit, and Working Capital platforms. This role will be responsible for providing production support, incident management, application monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment support, and technical project execution for business-critical applications operating in a 24x7 environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong application support experience, knowledge of financial services systems, scripting capabilities, and experience supporting enterprise applications across Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 production support for mission-critical business applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, and data flow issues.
Support Credit, Working Capital, Asset Finance, and Securitization applications.
Manage incidents, problems, changes, and application deployments.
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve technical issues.
Support integrations between upstream and downstream systems.
Participate in disaster recovery, backup recovery, and business continuity testing.
Maintain application monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning activities.
Ensure compliance with information security standards and governance frameworks.
Support vulnerability remediation and server obsolescence initiatives.
Document technical processes, workflows, and data flows.
Participate in change control reviews and production readiness activities.
Manage CyberArk bypass controls and related remediation efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize support and project activities.
Support modernization and automation initiatives, including AI-driven process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of Application Production Support or Systems Analyst experience.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows server environments.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with application deployments and installations.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language:
Python
Shell Scripting
Perl
Batch Scripting
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, ITSM, or similar ticketing platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting financial services applications.
Knowledge of Credit and Working Capital business processes.
Understanding of Asset Finance & Securitization platforms.
