We are looking for a Recruiter who can manage candidates confidently, keep recruitment pipelines moving, and provide a professional candidate experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communication-focused Recruiter to manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey - from initial profile matching through interviews, selection, orientation, and joining.
This is a coordination-focused role that requires strong follow-up, organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment funnel, including profile matching, follow-ups, interview scheduling, preparation, selection, orientation, and joining.
- Work closely with the Account Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Head of Recruitment to match candidates with suitable opportunities and allocate them to the appropriate province, zone, campaign, or hiring area.
- Coordinate with candidates, agents, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure interviews are attended on time and all recruitment requirements are completed.
- Conduct one-on-one candidate coordination and interview preparation, providing candidates with clear information about roles, interview expectations, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS updates, trackers, reports, dashboards, and recruitment pipeline information.
- Monitor candidate progress, identify delays or drop-offs, and ensure timely follow-up at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Handle day-to-day candidate, agent, and client escalations and coordinate with relevant team members to ensure timely resolution.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination.
- Experience in Francophone/International recruitment is an asset.
- Experience working with a recruitment/staffing agency or high-volume hiring environment.
- Experience with international recruitment or multi-location hiring is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with ATS, CRM, recruitment technology, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
- Professional, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
