Specialist, Tracking and Programs

We have partnered with a Canadian-based marketing agency that is part of an independent Network of Agencies strategically located across the world to provide global reach and capabilities who are seeking a Specialist, Tracking and Programs to join their team.
The Specialist, Tracking and Programs manages and execute Insights tracking studies and programs. Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, the Specialist leads efficient, scalable and forward-looking research projects, audits and market intel sourcing to feed into Insights projects as well as business planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- In alignment with business priorities and the team’s planning process, participate in the delivery the roadmap for research tracking, audits and market intelligence market, consumer, competitors insights tracking studies.
- Delivers tracking studies for priority markets and consumer segments in a scalable approach and fast timelines.
- Support as a subject matter expert in:
- Scalable tracking studies
- Online listening and social intelligence tools
- Competitive audits and market intel sourcing and analysis
- Manages and monitor opportunities for tracking and programs including its automation and efficiencies through AI powered solutions
- Ensure deliverables high quality and relevance to the business.
- Ensure deliverables automation and digestible format for easy consumption. Conduct observation of content and required analysis that facilitate use of tracking and programs.
- Required to manage and work with external vendors and interact with various internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields and 3 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Enthusiasm for online businesses and highly motivated in developing knowledge about various topics and industries. Strong business acumen expected
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task, handle pressure and obtain results. Commitment to meeting timelines.
- Ability to structure concise and clear results presentations based on large amounts of information. Integration of findings over time expected.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking. Must be comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Knowledge of marketing research required and statistical analysis tools preferred.
- Knowledge of various secondary information sources, online tools, and capability to continuously seek and learn new sources.
- Knowledge of web and social media information sources required.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled and “NextGen” tools (e.g., LLM-assisted synthesis, large-scale text mining, digital ethnography, conversational analytics, persona bots)
- Comfortable in a decentralized structure where results are based on cooperation, collaboration, and influence of others.
- Experience with resource management and coaching.
- Ability to present ideas, conclusions and recommendations with clarity to diverse audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% between offices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
