As part of Huron Tractor’s collaborative executive leadership structure, the Director of Product Support will succeed retiring executive Leon Cormier and lead the parts and service portfolio at one of John Deere's largest partners in Canada, with 11 locations and approximately 400 employees.
This is not a turnaround mandate. The successful candidate will inherit a respected, financially disciplined operation with strong corporate parts and service culture and leadership, sound inventory practices and a long-standing reputation for having the parts, people and equipment required to keep customers operating. Parts and service represent the majority of Huron Tractor’s bottom-line performance and its workforce, making this one of the organization’s most consequential leadership roles.
The opportunity is to protect what works while shaping what comes next: a modern customer experience, practical technology adoption, stronger people leadership, clearer enterprise accountability and disciplined growth. Although the title is Director, the scope is executive. The successful candidate will work alongside Huron Tractor’s General Managers as a peer, influence enterprise decisions and define the future of product support in one of Canada’s strongest agricultural trade areas.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded product support leader with deep experience overseeing multi-location service, parts, aftermarket, or related dealership operations. They bring strong financial and operational acumen, with a proven ability to improve profitability, customer experience, inventory performance, and organizational effectiveness through practical process, technology, and leadership initiatives. Equally important, they are a humble, customer-focused leader who develops people, builds trust, and drives accountability. Comfortable in both strategic and hands-on environments, they balance long-term vision with execution, earning credibility through sound judgment, collaboration, and a commitment to customer success, employee development, and sustainable growth.
