About the Role:

Hype Events is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, communicating, and learning new skills while developing a long-term career in customer service, business development, and client-facing roles.
You’ll be involved in developing new business, supporting customer enquiries, and building strong relationships with existing clients. You’ll represent Hype Events professionally while learning how to communicate effectively, solve problems, and create great customer experiences.
No previous experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support are provided. We’re looking for the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- 🤝 Build genuine relationships with customers and clients
- 📞 Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly, professional support
- 🚀 Support business development and account management
- 💬 Communicate with customers through phone and personal interactions
