What You'll Accomplish With Us
As an Account Transfers Administrator, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing transfer documentation;
- Perform quality control, initiate, follow up on and complete ATON and non-ATON transfers;
- Maintain departmental service level agreements and adhere to applicable regulatory requirements;
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with clients, partners and operational teams;
- Follow up on outstanding transfers, process rejected transfers and ensure timely resolution of pending files;
- Review daily and weekly incoming and outgoing transfer reports;
- Perform quality control of transfer documentation, cheque deposits, control account reconciliations and mutual fund bookings;
- Open and distribute department mail, answer the department phone line and administer the department mailbox.

We're looking for someone who:
- Is known for strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Stands out for a courteous and dynamic client service approach;
- Demonstrates strong organization and attention to detail;
- Is recognized for the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Has 1 to 2 years of account transfer experience;
- Has basic knowledge of ISM, ATON and CDS, considered an asset;
- Has Fundcom knowledge, considered an asset;
- Advanced level of English proficiency is required, as the incumbent will be required to communicate daily, both verbally and in writing, with English-speaking unilingual clients and partners.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47,544 and $68,329 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
