Acting as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor, you will advance process and knowledge governance, preserve organizational knowledge, and support the adoption of digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Business Process and Knowledge Management Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain knowledge management standards, governance practices, documentation frameworks, and operational content within MKB, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, accessible, and aligned with business objectives, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Document and maintain operational processes, workflows, controls, procedures, training materials, process guides, job aids, and reference materials using standardized tools and templates.
- Analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, operational risks, root causes, and knowledge gaps, then recommend improvements that strengthen scalability, business continuity, client experience, and operational outcomes.
- Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, future-state design, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives, while tracking opportunities, outcomes, and business benefits.
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Internal Controls, business leaders, and subject matter experts to facilitate workshops, define solutions, align stakeholders, and support implementation and change adoption.
- Identify opportunities involving automation, workflow technologies, AI-enabled solutions, self-service capabilities, and digital tools, while assessing process and knowledge assets for automation and AI readiness.
- Provide guidance and coaching on process management, documentation governance, knowledge management, and operational best practices, while evaluating the impacts of business, regulatory, operational, and technology changes.

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Has five or more years of experience in business operations, process improvement, business analysis, knowledge management, operational excellence, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Has experience leading or facilitating process improvement initiatives and cross-functional business projects, as well as gathering and structuring information from multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational, attention-to-detail, and change-management capabilities.
- Works independently within a broad mandate, exercises sound judgment, balances competing priorities, and influences stakeholders across multiple business functions without direct authority.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, and has experience with process-mapping or workflow-documentation tools, SharePoint, knowledge-management platforms, or document repositories.
- Has experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, workflow-management or other digital-enablement technologies; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, operational-excellence methodologies, or equivalent practices is considered an asset.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $75,000 to $85,000 CAD; the base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
