As an
Intern – IT Analyst, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Supporting partners through various IT-related changes and initiatives that impact the Sales Force;
- Understanding business needs and helping identify solutions while contributing to the implementation of the selected solution;
- Working in both operational and project-based environments;
- Communicating with business partners across Canada to clarify, correct, or implement various operational, training, security, or other required processes;
- Acting as a facilitator to help the organization grow;
- Creating the right conditions for a high-performing team focused on key business priorities;
- Removing obstacles and ensuring close collaboration among various stakeholders.
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MIS profile) or Management Information Systems and must complete a credited internship in Winter 2027;
- Is recognized for their team spirit;
- Has strong analytical and summarization skills;
- Demonstrates autonomy;
- Shows a collaborative mindset;
- Is recognized for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain IT concepts in simple terms to business partners;
- Has excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and strong priority management abilities;
- Has knowledge of the insurance industry, sales, and distribution networks (an asset);Has knowledge and understanding of LEAN philosophy (an asset).
