📢 Hiring: Finance Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join a large and fast-paced organization. This is a hands-on position combining financial reporting, corporate accounting, team oversight, and process improvement.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with complex financial information, reviewing the work of others, and stepping in to complete detailed accounting activities when required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage monthly and quarterly financial close activities.
- Review financial results and ensure the accuracy of reported actuals.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate accounting activities across multiple legal entities and currencies.
- Review intercompany balances and prepare consolidation adjustments.
- Investigate financial variances and provide clear explanations to senior leadership.
- Oversee and review deliverables completed by two offshore team members.
- Support financial audits by preparing working papers and responding to information requests.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve reporting and accounting issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing finance processes.
- Support finance-transformation and system-related initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
- CPA must have
- Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle accounting and financial close.
- Experience working in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment.
- Solid knowledge of consolidations, intercompany accounting, and elimination entries.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex formulas.
- Previous experience reviewing or supervising the work of accounting professionals.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification is preferred.
