Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support supply chain, procurement, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations within the hospitality industry in Ontario. The Supply Chain Coordinator will coordinate purchasing activities, supplier communication, purchase orders, inventory levels, material requirements, deliveries, and logistics to ensure the timely availability of food, beverage, hospitality supplies, equipment, and operational materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain activities for hospitality operations.
- Manage purchasing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and material flow activities.
- Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate supplier, purchasing, inventory, and order records.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.
- Maintain organized and confidential supply chain and procurement documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, purchasing, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, catering, food service, retail, distribution, or a related industry is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator, Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers, warehouse staff, hospitality operations, finance, and management teams.
