Our client, a well-established and growing real estate company, is looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining reception, office coordination, employee engagement, and administrative support.

About The Opportunity
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and clients while helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day. Beyond reception, this role supports employee events, onboarding, workplace initiatives, and administrative activities across the organization.

About The Position

Welcome visitors, guests, and clients and manage incoming calls.
Coordinate meeting rooms, mail, couriers, supplies, and general office needs.
Track office and event expenses, receipts, vendors, and supplies.
Assist with reporting, website updates, analytics, and other general office projects.

The Requirements

2+ years of reception or office administration experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy, people-focused environment.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.

Compensation
Hourly rate $23.00 - $24.00
