Position Purpose:
The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen Infrastructure Ontario's corporate brand, employer brand, digital presence and market engagement efforts. The role works closely with business leaders and communications professionals to increase brand awareness, support business growth objectives, enhance stakeholder engagement and deliver measurable marketing outcomes. Through a combination of brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, and performance measurement, the position helps advance Infrastructure Ontario's reputation and impact.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the execution of corporate brand and employer brand initiatives that strengthen awareness, reputation, and organizational positioning.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, email, and other channels.
- Support lead generation and market engagement initiatives that help drive business development opportunities and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop compelling content, thought leadership, and market-facing communications.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, search optimization, email marketing, and campaign performance monitoring.
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics, using data and insights to optimize engagement, conversion, and overall effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, agencies, and partners to support successful marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing practices, tools, processes, and reporting capabilities.
Who You Are:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field an asset.
- Several years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of brand management, content marketing, digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience using marketing analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics to evaluate and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $108,700 to $127,300 (P5 level), pay will align with skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate.
