Iris is seeking an experienced Leader to represent Iris and lead our delivery team on a client
initiative focused on building modern, AI-first capabilities for Commercial and Corporate
Banking. This role will drive the design, architecture, development, and testing of solutions
that integrate with existing applications, services, and data to simplify and elevate the
experience for key personas such as Relationship Managers (RMs).
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring both strong technical acumen and deep
familiarity with the commercial banking domain.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary Iris representative and point of contact for the client initiative
- Lead a cross-functional Iris team spanning architecture, design, development, and QA
- Translate business and user needs (of RMs and related personas) into AI-native product capabilities
- Guide technical architecture and integration decisions across existing banking applications, services, and data sources
- Own delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with client stakeholders to shape roadmap, priorities, and success metrics
What We're Looking For:
- Strong understanding of the Commercial/Corporate Banking domain, including typical RM workflows, tools, and pain points
- Experience with, or exposure to, the capabilities and systems commonly used by commercial banking personas (e.g., CRM, credit/lending platforms, servicing tools, data/reporting systems)
- Solid technical background across architecture, application design, and development (hands-on or hands-on-adjacent), with working knowledge of AI/ML-enabled product capabilities
- Proven experience leading technical teams through full project lifecycles (discovery through delivery)
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving structure/clarity for a team and client
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with AI-native or AI-assisted product builds
- Experience integrating with legacy or enterprise banking systems
- Background in consulting or professional services delivery
