Position: UI UX Designer
Location: Toronto ON
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives for enterprise applications, ensuring user-centered and business-aligned solutions.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to create innovative and intuitive user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyze user feedback, and recommend design improvements.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor and guide UX/UI designers while coordinating design activities across multiple projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG and AODA guidelines.
