We are hiring for an Automation QE. The role focuses on test automation, functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing for applications with mainframe components.
A strong fit will have hands-on experience with Java, BDD/Cucumber, test automation, mainframe application testing, Jenkins, and Agile Scrum.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Java and BDD/Cucumber or other test automation frameworks.
- Prior experience with mainframe application testing.
- Experience with Jenkins and DevOps processes.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Experience with functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience using GenAI capabilities in day-to-day work.
- Experience capturing and reporting GenAI savings to stakeholders.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with business and offshore teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain test automation for application components.
- Coordinate with business teams to prepare UAT test cases based on requirements.
- Ensure functional test coverage aligns with requirements.
- Coordinate end-to-end, regression, and interface testing.
- Participate in Agile sessions with the Product Owner to refine requirements and assess application impact.
- Provide high-level estimates by discussing requirements with offshore teams.
- Coordinate with offshore teams on test execution and coverage.
- Prepare test execution documents and present them to clients.
- Keep test environments and existing automation scripts updated after every sprint.
- Coordinate with interfaces to complete interface testing.

- Experience with the Robot Framework.
