We are looking for a
Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, React, PostgreSQL/Snowflake, and CI/CD
What will you do?
Design and implement full-stack solutions across Python, Java/Kotlin, React, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake
Lead ETL pipeline development and optimization, ensuring data flows efficiently and reliably
Architect and build scalable backend services and modern frontend applications
Champion AI/LLM integration and prompt engineering best practices across the team
Drive adoption of best-in-class testing frameworks, DevOps practices, and SDLC discipline
Lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers
Participate in security and architectural design reviews
Contribute to GitHub-based development workflows and CI/CD pipeline improvements
Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliability improvements
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 5+ years of software development experience across multiple languages/frameworks
- Deep expertise in Java/Kotlin
- Understanding in Python
- Strong frontend skills with React and modern JavaScript
- Database experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake (or similar data warehouses)
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development
- Proficiency with DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD, containerization)
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks and SDLC best practices
- Experience with API design and microservices architecture
- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities
Nice to Have
- AI/LLM and prompt engineering experience
- Security testing tools experience (Checkmarx, NexusIQ, or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
