We are seeking a
Tech-Savvy Business Analyst / Project Manager with approximately 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce initiatives, business analysis, and system implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and
Salesforce BA + UAT experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business-critical initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and impact analysis.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT, including test scenarios, defect tracking, and validation.
- Facilitate sprint demos, Agile ceremonies, and project status discussions.
- Map current-state and future-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage stakeholders, expectations, risks, dependencies, and project outcomes.
- Support change readiness, training, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and drive sustainable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Approximately 5 years of Business Analysis / Project Management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce BA.
- Proven UAT coordination and execution experience.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation skills.
- Experience with process mapping, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Salesforce Skills Preferred
- Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce dashboard configuration.
- Experience with Miro, Box, or similar collaboration/process-mapping tools.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree completed in Canada is mandatory.
Work Setup
- Location: Toronto, Canada
- Work Model: Hybrid Tuesday to Thursday in office
- Duration: 12 Months
