- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
- Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce integrations.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and hypercare support.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Track project progress against milestones and provide regular executive-level status updates.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, delivery standards, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Essential Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, data migration, security model, and release management.
- Experience managing system integrators, offshore/onshore teams, and third-party vendors.
- Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be PMP certified.
- Experience in Telecom, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware platforms, or cloud integration solutions.
