We are hiring for a
SAP EHS Lead Consultant. The role focuses on leading SAP EHS solution design, implementation, integration, and support within a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.
A strong fit will have 10 15 years of SAP EHS experience, including 3 end-to-end implementations, greenfield S/4HANA experience, and mandatory utility industry experience.
What You Bring
- 10 15 years of SAP EHS experience.
- At least 3 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations.
- Proven greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Strong experience with Incident and Near-Miss Reporting, Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analysis, Audit and Inspection Management, Regulatory Compliance, CAPA, Environmental Management, Permit-to-Work, WCM, and LOTO.
- Experience integrating SAP EHS with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.
- Utility industry experience.
- Knowledge of electrical safety, substation and distribution operations, contractor safety, confined space entry, work permits, lockout/tagout procedures, transformer oil handling, environmental compliance, and utility safety regulations.
- Experience with SAP EHS solution design, business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead SAP EHS solution design, implementation, integration, and support.
- Work with Safety, Operations, Asset Management, Compliance, business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to define requirements.
- Recommend SAP best practices and ensure successful deployment of EHS capabilities.
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops.
- Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
- Ensure SAP EHS solutions align with SAP best practices.
