We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and the Appian low-code platform to support digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to help deliver process automation, solution design, and scalable Appian-based applications. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process reviews to understand current and future business processes.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support communication between business teams, product owners, and technical teams.
BPM & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, BPMN models, and decision flows.
- Define and track process performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize Appian process modeling capabilities to support workflow design.
Appian Platform Support
- Work with Appian development teams on solutions involving:
- Appian Process Modeler
- Records
- SAIL Interfaces
- Reports
- REST/SOAP Integrations
- Decision Rules and Expression Rules
- Participate in solution discussions, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities.
- Review solutions to ensure alignment with documented business requirements.
Requirements & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
- User Stories and Epics
- Maintain requirements traceability through testing and deployment phases.
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with organizational standards.
Agile Delivery
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams as a Business Analyst or Product Owner support resource.
- Participate in:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-Ups
- Backlog Refinement
- Sprint Reviews/Demos
- Retrospectives
- Assist with backlog prioritization based on business objectives and delivery feasibility.
