We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Dog Clerk / Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have professional dog grooming experience, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine love for working with dogs.
Responsibilities
- Perform dog grooming services, including bathing, brushing, drying, clipping, trimming, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
- Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
- Assess grooming needs and communicate with pet owners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage daily grooming activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Assist with daily operations and supervise activities as required.
Experience/Qualifications
- Professional dog grooming experience required.
- Knowledge of breed-specific and pet-style grooming.
- Strong animal handling and safety skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- Dog Grooming: 2 years preferred
