Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality gelato with consistency and presentation standards.
- Achieve daily sales targets through upselling and suggestive selling.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and food safety across the workspace.
- Monitor stock, manage ingredients, and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Engage customers, explain flavors, and collect feedback for improvement.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based planning for territory growth.
- Adhere to on-site safety policies and report hazards promptly.
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and ensure timely service.
- Pursue professional development through training and apply learnings to role.
- Document customer interactions and sales data for performance reviews.
- Assist in event setup, promotions, and tastings to boost brand visibility.
- Support new product launches and seasonal menu updates.
Experience/Qualifications
- Proven gelato production and serving experience with quality control.
- Strong upselling and suggestive selling skills to hit daily targets.
- Excellent food safety, sanitation, and HACCP knowledge for on-site operations.
- Data-driven mindset: track performance metrics and contribute to pipeline planning.
- Inventory management: monitor stock, rotate ingredients, and report variances.
- Customer engagement: explain flavors, collect feedback, and log interactions.
- On-site safety awareness and incident reporting within a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to participate in training and apply new skills to role.
