About The Role
We are seeking a
Maintenance Supervisor (Multi-Property) based at
Aiden Mississauga to oversee maintenance operations across all three hotel locations. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to high safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance across 3 hotel properties
- Perform and supervise general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure safety and building code compliance
- Maintain maintenance records and supplies
Requirements
- Experience in hotel or building maintenance
- Knowledge of general repair systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Ability to manage multiple locations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
