Supervisor
Crystal Jade Palace is looking for an experienced and service-driven Supervisor to join our opening team at GreenTee Richmond Golf Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service throughout each shift
- Lead the floor team and coordinate service positions during operations
- Maintain and reinforce restaurant service standards
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and day-to-day team support
- Monitor the guest experience and respond professionally to service needs
- Support communication and coordination between front-of-house team members
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming dining environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Server, Captain, Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
- Professional, proactive, and guest-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Fine dining, VIP, private dining, or membership-based service experience is an asset
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

- 协调前厅各岗位之间的沟通与配合
- 维护专业、有序且高品质的用餐环境
职位要求
- 有 Senior Server、Captain、Team Lead、Supervisor 或相关经验者优先
- 具备良好的沟通、组织及团队带领能力
- 工作专业主动，重视客人体验
- 能够适应快节奏餐饮工作环境
- 有高端餐厅、VIP、私人包房或会员制服务经验者优先
- 能够使用英语进行日常工作沟通
- 可以配合晚班、周末及节假日排班
