Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets, requirements management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives across trading, product control, and regulatory functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Capital Markets initiatives.
- Conduct requirements planning, prioritization, and stakeholder workshops.
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and Python.
- Work with APIs, ETL processes, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Create process flows, business documentation, and reporting using Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Service Now.
- Support product control functions, data sourcing, mapping, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI-driven process improvements.
- Assist in implementing machine learning and predictive analytics use cases.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products, trade lifecycle, and product control processes.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Visio, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, Python, AI, ETL, and data integration.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, and related workflow tools.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
