Position: Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design, automate, and manage large-scale infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills, hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, APIs, NetBox/IPAM platforms, and CI/CD pipelines, along with a solid understanding of data center operations and networking environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automation tools and workflows using Python, Bash, and Linux.
- Integrate and manage infrastructure through REST APIs and automation frameworks.
- Maintain and enhance NetBox/IPAM/DCIM systems, including data modeling and API integrations.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and operations teams to automate manual processes.
- Model and manage data center assets, including servers, switches, cabling, and power infrastructure.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of automation solutions and infrastructure platforms.
- Work effectively with globally distributed teams and execution partners
Required Skills:
- Strong Python programming and automation experience.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure and system design principles.
- Hands-on experience with NetBox (or equivalent DCIM/IPAM platform).
- CI/CD experience, preferably Jenkins.
- Understanding of networking and data center technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Exposure to colocation or multi-site environments.
- Hardware lifecycle and asset management experience.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, change management, and regulated environments.
