Job Description:
- Lead deployment planning and execution for the product launch and portfolio conversion, TSYS to TSYS.
- Own the integrated deployment plan and master activities, including work stream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking for internal and external vendor teams.
- Coordinate all pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.
- Coordinate all production product launch activities, including the pilot and customer rollout.
- Manage environment collisions across Cortez/non-Cortez workstreams.
- Oversee delivery of new product features being introduced on the target platform.
- Drive deployment governance, risk management, and executive reporting through production implementation for the product launch and conversion workstreams.
