Position: Windows L3 Administrator– SCCM/MECM

We are seeking an experienced Windows L3 Administrator with strong expertise in Windows Server administration, enterprise patch management, software deployment, PowerShell automation, and production troubleshooting. The role will support critical enterprise infrastructure, ensuring server security, patch compliance, software deployment, and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-wide Windows Server patching and software deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server OS issues across production environments.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for patching, deployment, automation, compliance tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor patch compliance and ensure adherence to SLA, security, and compliance requirements.
- Support SCCM/MECM infrastructure and enterprise software deployment activities.
- Generate operational and compliance reports using SSRS and SQL/T-SQL.
- Administer and troubleshoot core Windows infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams to plan and execute patching activities.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
- Identify opportunities to improve patching, deployment, automation, compliance, and operational processes.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration and Patching.
- Enterprise software deployment experience.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong Windows Server troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with SCCM/MECM or equivalent enterprise endpoint/server management platforms.
- SSRS and SQL/T-SQL for operational and compliance reporting.
- Incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong technical documentation and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting critical enterprise infrastructure in an SLA-driven environment.
Preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Microsoft certifications related to Windows Server, SCCM/MECM, or Azure Administration.
- Enterprise monitoring and automation tools.
- Windows security, vulnerability management, and compliance.
