Position: Senior Identity and Reliability Engineering Specialist
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Identity and Reliability Engineering Specialist to manage and enhance identity lifecycle and directory services supporting hundreds of thousands of accounts and billions of requests daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and optimize global identity services by assessing performance, identifying improvements, and contributing to scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and development teams to integrate identity solutions and improve system architecture and resilience.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
- Resolve complex issues escalated by customers and engineering teams.
- Provide senior-level support and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
- Align IAM infrastructure with current and future business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Drive initiatives that improve security, reliability, availability, and performance through automation and emerging technologies.
- Partner with system owners to validate business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities for IAM systems.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation several times per quarter as part of a global team.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in identity, directory, reliability, or infrastructure engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies:
- Ping Identity PingDirectory Server or ForgeRock Directory Services
- ForgeRock IDM
- Microsoft Entra ID
- LDAP and SCIM
Experience with:
- TLS, encryption in transit, and certificate management
- Unix/Linux administration, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS
- Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines using Git and Jenkins
- Automation and configuration-management tools such as Ansible and Terraform
