Position: QE Delivery Manager – Quality Engineering & Automation

We are seeking a QE Delivery Manager with 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Quality Engineering delivery management. The role will lead end-to-end QE delivery across multiple programs and projects, ensuring high-quality releases through effective test strategy, automation adoption, governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs, distributed onsite-offshore teams, and quality engineering transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and Testing delivery across multiple programs and projects.
- Define and drive test strategy, automation adoption, quality transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery schedules, quality, risks, dependencies, governance, and release readiness.
- Lead and manage distributed onsite-offshore QE teams and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive stakeholder and customer engagement across business and technology teams.
- Establish and monitor QE metrics, KPIs, dashboards, governance, and reporting.
- Promote automation, modern testing practices, DevOps, and CI/CD adoption.
- Partner with engineering, product, development, and program teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Support enterprise-scale digital transformation and QE modernization initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for QE teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of QE Delivery Management / QA Delivery Management experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Strong Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Test Delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder, customer, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing distributed onsite-offshore teams.
- Hands-on understanding of Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, or Tosca.
- Strong understanding of API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of Performance Testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Test Management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, QMetry, or ALM.
