Job Description-
6-10 years of hands-on NOC experience supporting enterprise networks.
Strong expertise in Routing & Switching technologies.
Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Meraki SD-WAN.
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift-based support model.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki environments.
Exposure to Data Center networking technologies.
Familiarity with network monitoring, alerting, and ticketing tools.
Cisco CCNA certification.
Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network environments in a NOC setting.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, and Layer 1/Layer 2 network issues.
Support and maintain Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers (WLCs), firewalls, and Meraki SD-WAN solutions.
Monitor network performance, manage incidents, escalations, and coordinate with ISPs/vendors.
Ensure timely resolution of network outages and service disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to end users."
