Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer – Data Cloud with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360), Customer 360, data integration, and customer data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and Salesforce platforms.
- Build and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
- Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, enterprise applications, and external data sources using APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms.
- Work closely with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, scalability, and performance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot issues and follow Salesforce development and implementation best practices.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development/implementation experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360).
- Strong knowledge of Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation.
- Experience with APIs, ETL, data integration, and external data sources.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and performance optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
