Senior Analyst, Collateral Management (Capital Markets)

💰 Up to $46/hour + 4% Vacation Pay (T4)
📅 12-Month Contract with Potential for Extension
We're partnering with a leading financial institution to hire a Senior Analyst, Collateral Management to support a growing Capital Markets business focused on repo, securities lending, fixed income products, and centrally cleared transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced collateral or capital markets professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of risk management, operations, treasury, and front-office support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage daily collateral and margining activities to mitigate counterparty credit risk
- Monitor exposures and support repo and securities lending transactions
- Resolve collateral disputes, reconciliation breaks, and operational exceptions
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Front Office, Legal, Settlements, and Operations
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure adherence to risk controls and regulatory requirements within collateral management processes
What We're Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Collateral Management, Margining, Securities Lending, Repo, or Counterparty Risk
✅ Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products and securities financing transactions
✅ Experience working within a Central Clearing environment
✅ Hands-on experience with collateral calls, margining, reconciliation, and exposure management
✅ Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
⭐ CFA or FRM designation (or progress toward certification)
⭐ Experience with collateral platforms such as Colline, AcadiaSoft, Calypso, Anvil, or similar systems
⭐ Exposure to securities settlements, treasury operations, or derivatives markets
