Company: Kspace Technologies
Location: Remote

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Department: Sales / Business Development
About Kspace Technologies
Kspace Technologies is a technology solutions company helping businesses modernize, deploy, and manage technology across their operations.
We work with organizations across industries including manufacturing, logistics, professional services, property management, healthcare, education, and other growing businesses.
Our services include technology consulting, managed technology solutions, operational technology initiatives, hardware and system deployments, FieldOps services, and custom technology projects.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help us identify, contact, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
The Role
As an SDR, you will be responsible for starting conversations with prospective business customers and helping build Kspace Technologies' sales pipeline.
This is an outbound-focused position. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with business owners and decision-makers, sending professional follow-up emails, and consistently working through assigned lead lists.
You will work closely with the Kspace sales and leadership team to qualify prospects and schedule meetings for opportunities that are a strong fit.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
Contact leads provided through Kspace's sales database and prospecting lists.
Introduce Kspace Technologies and clearly explain our services.
Identify business needs, challenges, and potential technology requirements.
Qualify prospective customers based on company fit, need, timing, and decision-making authority.
Book qualified meetings and consultations for the sales team.
Send follow-up emails and messages after conversations.
Follow up consistently with prospects who have expressed interest.
Maintain accurate notes and update lead statuses in our CRM or sales tracking system.
Work through assigned daily and weekly prospecting targets.
Help identify new potential accounts and decision-makers.
Communicate prospect feedback and common objections to the sales team.
Build long-term relationships with potential Kspace customers.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Confident speaking with people over the phone.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
Professional and clear in verbal and written communication.
Persistent without being overly aggressive.
Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, executives, and other decision-makers.
Able to quickly understand a prospect's business problem.
Motivated by targets and measurable results.
Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Willing to learn about technology products and business solutions.
Previous experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or B2B outreach is an advantage, but strong candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is helpful:
B2B sales
Cold calling
Appointment setting
SaaS or technology sales
IT services
Managed services
Business consulting
CRM platforms
LinkedIn prospecting
Email outreach
Lead qualification
Compensation
$18 CAD per hour
This is an hourly SDR position with the opportunity to grow within Kspace Technologies as the sales organization expands.
Strong performance may lead to increased responsibilities and future opportunities in business development, account management, sales, or sales leadership.
What Success Looks Like
A successful SDR at Kspace will consistently:
Contact new prospects.
Have quality conversations with decision-makers.
Properly qualify potential customers.
Maintain disciplined follow-up.
Keep CRM and prospect records updated.
Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
Develop a strong understanding of Kspace's solutions and ideal customers.
Why Join Kspace
You will be joining a growing technology company at a stage where your work can directly influence our sales growth.
Rather than simply reading from a script, you will learn how businesses evaluate technology solutions, identify operational problems, and work with our team to turn qualified conversations into real commercial opportunities.
This is a good opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in B2B technology sales and business development.
How to Apply
Please submit your application with your resume and a short introduction explaining:
Any previous sales, cold-calling, customer service, or business development experience you have.
Why you are interested in an SDR role.
Why you think you would be effective speaking with business decision-makers.
Kspace Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
