A Day in the Life
As the Marketing Director for Redken & Pulp Riot in Canada, you will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy, translating global brand vision into a locally relevant growth plan. Reporting to the General Manager and as a key member of the leadership team, you will partner cross-functionally to drive brand equity, market share and profitable growth while building a high-performing marketing team.
- Define the local vision: Orchestrate the marketing strategy across Canada, translating global brand identities into locally relevant plans that resonate with stylists and consumers.
- Own the portfolio: Lead the product catalogue and promotional calendar, accelerating the core business while successfully launching disruptive innovations.
- Elevate the journey: Design a seamless online and offline experience, optimizing digital touchpoints and in-salon activations to strengthen brand engagement.
- Lead for growth: Partner with Sales, Education, Finance and the broader leadership team to identify growth opportunities, shape business priorities and make clear choices on investment and resource allocation. Contribute to P&L management, balancing brand-building investment with market share and profitable growth objectives.
- Build your team: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous learning and calculated risk.
