About the Company
Lankin Investments is a leading Canadian real estate investment & asset management firm with property under management of over $2 billion consisting of 6,700+ multi-family units and 2,500+ units in development. Our ethos is simple yet profound: Driven by our people, we foster financial prosperity and community value through strategic Canadian real estate investments. With more than 15 years of successfully acquiring, managing, and operating multi-residential across Canada, we have achieved a celebrated reputation among real estate investors. The success is driven by providing our team members with an environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on personal and professional growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent & HR team. Reporting to the People and Development Manager, this role will support full-cycle recruitment across our three business lines: real estate investing, investment sales, and property management.
This is a dedicated recruitment position and does not carry HR generalist responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the Talent & HR team, partnering on requisitions and sharing accountability for roles across the organization.
We are seeking a recruiter with agency or search firm experience who is looking to bring that pace and sourcing discipline in-house. Equally important, we are seeking someone who recruits for cultural fit as well as capability. Culture is central to how we operate and to why our people stay, and we value a recruitment partner who will advocate for the right candidate rather than the fastest placement.
This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Vaughan location.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, sales and property-level roles from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with the People and Development Manager and Talent Specialist on shared requisitions, working collaboratively as an integrated team
