This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation mandate within a well-known, mission-driven organization undertaking a significant modernization journey. Our client is embarking on an ambitious journey to strengthen its capabilities, modernize core operations, and position itself for long-term success.
As the Interim, you will be at the center of that journey. Working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will assess the effectiveness of the finance organization, redesign key processes and structures, oversee the implementation of a modern accounting platform, strengthen governance and reporting capabilities, and help create a high-performing finance function that delivers meaningful insight and strategic value. 5. Enable Technology and Reporting Modernization
- Assess how existing financial systems and reporting tools are being used.
- Identify practical opportunities to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Reduce unnecessary reliance on manual processes and spreadsheets where feasible.
6. Build Sustainable Capability
- Create practical tools, templates, policies, procedures and standard operating practices.
- Support knowledge transfer, coaching and capability-building within the finance team.
- Leave behind a clear transition plan and roadmap for continued improvement beyond the assignment.
