Join Litens Quality Assurance team as a Regional Manager, Supplier Quality & Development. The Regional Manager, Supplier Quality & Development is responsible for leading Supplier Quality & Development for suppliers in the Americas, Europe and India while holding direct people-management and leadership accountability for assigned Plant SQD teams and regional resources. The role owns the regional supplier and supplied-part portfolio and provides responsive regional SQD support to all six Litens plants.

What will you do?
- Regional strategy, governance and people leadership: Translate global supplier quality and development strategy into regional priorities, resource plans and risk-based actions while leading and developing regional SQD teams.
- On-site intelligence and hands-on execution: Provide hands-on leadership at supplier and plant locations, using fact-based assessments to resolve launch, capacity, continuity and quality risks.
- Supplier selection, evaluation and qualification: Partner with Purchasing and Engineering to evaluate, qualify and nominate suppliers based on technical capability, quality systems, capacity, continuity and risk.
- Supplier APQP, new-part development and industrialization: Lead supplier APQP, PPAP, process audits, manufacturing readiness, capacity verification and safe-launch activities for new products and programs.
- Mass-production supplier performance and escalation: Lead critical supplier escalations, containment and recovery, driving effective SCAR/8D problem solving, corrective action and recurrence prevention.
- Supplier development and capability improvement: Develop and execute improvement strategies for strategic and high-risk suppliers, delivering measurable gains in capability, quality, throughput, cost and continuity.
- Compliance, sustainability and enterprise protection: Ensure supplier compliance with IATF 16949 and applicable customer, legal, environmental, safety, sustainability and ethical requirements while maintaining auditable records and escalating unresolved risks.
What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Manufacturing, Quality or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in automotive or complex manufacturing, with expertise in supplier quality, industrialization, product launches and production problem solving.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, Automotive Core Tools - including APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA - and supplier process auditing.
- Proven experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams and supplier recovery, launch, capacity or development initiatives.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and business judgment skills, with the ability to assess manufacturing processes, capacity, continuity and supplier risk.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation and cross-cultural stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 75%, including occasional short-notice travel.
Additional Information
- Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000
