Your place is with LOGISTEC Enstructure Group as an Operations Clerk (14 months temporary position) to join our operations team, in Deception Bay (Fly-in, Fly-out 21/21).

Responsibilities
What your days look like as a Operations Clerk:
- Produce various reports before and after the departure of each ship;
- Perform various data entry (inventory, daily, weekly, monthly reports);
- Inventory follow-up;
- Produce and follow up purchase orders with the purchasing system (Match error);
- Prepare employees pay documents to be sent for payroll;
- Perform clerical tasks such as expenses account, reservations, filing etc.;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Operations Clerk you must have:
- Diploma in administration/office automation or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in a similar position
- Intermediate level of MS Office;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and to meet deadlines;
- Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, with an intermediate level of English;
