Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand testing objectives and acceptance criteria.
- Design, prepare, and execute Functional, System Integration, End-to-End, and Regression test cases for releases and enhancements.
- Validate application functionality against business requirements, identify and track defects, and verify fixes through retesting.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support UAT activities.
- Prepare test execution reports, communicate testing status, risks, and defects, and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Key Skills: Functional/Manual Testing, Test Case Design & Execution, Regression & Integration Testing, UAT, Defect Management, JIRA, Azure DevOps, SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum.
Good to Have: API Testing, SQL, Insurance/Financial Services domain experience, and Test Automation exposure.
