Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior QA / Test Lead to join a cross-functional team responsible for responding to business and technology requests, with a primary focus on software quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test management, test planning, execution, and reporting, along with proven hands-on expertise using Xray for Jira.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Utilize Xray for Jira to design, organize, manage, execute, and track test cases and test cycles.
- Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Monitor testing progress, identify risks, track issues, and provide regular status updates.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Review test results, coordinate defect management, and support issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
- Support the team in ensuring deliverables meet quality, business, and functional expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Senior QA, Test Lead, or Test Management role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Xray for Jira for test management.
- Experience creating and managing test cases, test plans, test executions, and test reports in Xray.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect life cycles.
- Experience working in cross-functional and Agile environments.
- Ability to manage multiple testing activities and priorities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira and related test management workflows.
