Responsibilities
Lead business analysis across the project lifecycle, translating complex stakeholder needs into business and technical requirements, models, documentation, and recommendations. Support the provincial public health solution through process improvement, data and defect analysis, vendor upgrade assessments, training, and coordination with development, quality assurance, and public sector stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of business analysis and system analysis/design experience, including data discovery and profiling, complex dataset analysis, and translating business requirements into technical requirements. Also requires 5+ years working with public sector healthcare providers, knowledge of public sector project and architecture methodologies, and strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
